I need to know what requirements are involved in making a physician's
"online brochure" type of Web site "HIPAA compliant." Note that I am
interested *only* in the requirements for a dctor's Web site that
includes *no* private or medical patient data, i.e., it is only a site
detailing the practice, providing background articles on the
speciality, offering downloadable blank patient forms to be printed
and filled in offline, etc. The site *does* include a "contact us" Web
form and "request an appointment" Web form. I simply need to be able
to claim honestly that such a Web site is "HIPPA compliant." Thank
you.
