Her name is Champion Velma da Labradora III, popularly known as 'Bubbles'. She is very famous here in the UK for having modelled for Andrax Toilet Paper. She's quite a big doggie now but she is still very cuddly. I've no idea who the woman is. |

I don't think she tall enough to be a significant model. Furthermore, in my opinion she isn't pretty enough. |
