I'm part of a Mental Health Assotiation in Catalonia (Spain) that
promotes more and better services for users and their families. As
part of our advocacy work with the local government, we are interested
in getting information of diferent governments and other associations
in Europe (including scandinavian countries)related to:

1) best practices or multi-year Plans for improving the Mental Health
of their population (both in Healt Department and Well-being
Department)

2) best groups or newsletter related to Mental Health advocacy in Europe

For both questions languages should be english, french or italian.
