I need to finance two projects in Brazil:

a. Construction of two towers by an multi billion dollar American firm
in Rio de Janeiro for $150 MM USD - we have about $50 MM IN equity and
need to raise the balance in debt. Who do we contact to create bonds
for this project or what would be the best people to speak to
reagarding this?

b. Project financing for a firm in the North east of Brasil with about
$55 MM USD IN EQUITY and need to raise about $120 MM  in debt. What
are the sources of funding for firms like NUCOR for debt and who
should I contact for this?

The second firm

b. is a company in the steel  industry that produces pig iron - the
raw material for steel.

I suggest you contact several of the major investment banks.  They
likely have a group that handles such deals that would be interested
in getting involved if they deem your project a good investment.
