When I was going back to my dentist every few weeks to get my partials "trimmed to fit" he offered to re-do them from scratch with the cost to me being whatever the lab charged him (say $400 as opposed to $1,000). But, we eventually got these to fit after I figured out exactly where it rubbed and I just kept telling him to take more off. Finally we took enough off and they are fine. Don't be satisfied with an ill fit. There is always small claims court. |

I'm not a lawyer, but presumably if you pay for a product, and it is faulty, your money should be refunded or the provider should give you a new one. Kriswrite |
