What have been the fines levied and collected by the NC Dept of
Environment and Natural Resources(DENR) in the last 4 years?
Specifically, how much was fined and how much was collected? list by
incident with description and fine levied and fine collected.

DENR issues several thousand fines in the course of a year -- in 2003,
they levied 2,819 fines with a total value of over $6 million.

It would not be feasible to list them all here, even if the
information is readily available.

However, I can certainly provide summary information for the past four
years, if that would meet your needs.
