Of these lounges what is their target demographic?
How much of a lounges budget year goes to backend systems such as
Point of Sales Systems or Management Systems?

Your question has not been answered yet. I am not sure about other
Researchers, but I am not sure how to define a "lounge" for the
purpose of market research. Of course, I know one when I see one, but
still not sure what you might define as lounge for the purposes of
this research, except for being a "middle to upper end bar". It might
be helpful if you thought of a definition you'd accept.
