I am an American volunteering in a third world country.  I work with a
woman who supports her entire family on a very meager income and has a
disable child.  There were complications during birth and the boy
suffered brain damage.  The child suffers all kinds of medical
problems and the family suffers finanically and emotionally.  Are
there any organizations outside of Guyana that can help with resources
or finances?  This woman's family really needs a lot of assistance.
