What sort of answer are you expecting here?

I doubt a researcher could find a list of all 4,000+ clients for this company.

In the absence of such a list, what sort of answer would be acceptable?

Direct focus toward Bank customers, acceptable answer would include
about 2/3 or more of the current clients (if possible and if still 30
as base).  Also, information about recent clients who have left
Regulus would yield bonus funds being applied to this question.
