i need netscape6exe installed to help open photo attachments in e-mail.Where
can i find it?

Netscape still provides an archive for you to download older versions
of their browser and mail client software (their current version is
version 7.2). You can find Version 6.0x downloads here:

and you can find links to all of their older versions here:

http://channels.netscape.com/ns/browsers/archive.jsp

The current version 7.2 can be obtained here:
