I'm trying to find out if Bellsouth Atlantic has a website that allows
you to send text messages from the web to people who have cell phones
(through Bellsouth) in Ecuador- specifically Quito.  I have family who
just purchased a cell phone in Quito and I would like to find out if
there is a way I can use the web to text message them.  Thanks!!

official language is Spanish, the site of BellSouth Ecuador is in
Spanish like the pages with info related.

First of all your relatives must ensure that they have the SMS service
enabled, they must contact with BellSouth Ecuador:
