My outlook spam filter does not work at all. Neither does
spaqmsubtract. i have pcillin and zone alarm. is oneor the other
interfering? i have emptied my safelist.

hello,

  ZoneAlarm never scans incoming or outgoing mail. however PC-Cilin
may be going through your mails. Let me know your exact version of
PC-Cilin.
