Do I need to groom my short sideburns between my monthly hair cuts? If
"yes", about how often should I groom them?

A lot depends on what kind of hair you have. Is your hair straight,
wavy, curly, kinky? Is it coarse, or fine?

Trim them with a razor when you shave to keep the length, and if they
get too unruly between haricuts then you might want to trim them with
a beard trimmer.
