I'd need any records of consumer complaints with enginnered wood
floors that is  manufactured by Hartco?

I have a seven year old Hartco Pattern Plus floor. It is experiencing
significant wear through in all heavy traffic areas. I would enjoy a
response from an expert on how I can get the manufacturer to take
responsibility under the 20 year wear through warrantee.

The company itself has an unsatisfactory standing with the Better
Business Bureau due to unresolved complaints.  Unfortunately, the
report doesn't give details on the complaints, but it sounds as though
they are numerous.
