If my New York drivers licence is suspended in Ohio as a result of a
citation for possession of marijuana (I was not driving), can I still
drive in New York ? Is there a reciprocal agreement between New York
& Ohio? and does this reciprocal agreement apply since New York does
not suspend your drivers licence for possession of marijuana?

My best guess is they notify the folks in NY. I would call a lawyer,
they'll help you out for free usually (hoping you'll want to go to
court to fight the suspension). Better yet, don't smoke pot.
