See other LeBlond engine lathe question.
I need a web site or company name and phone number where i can enter
the serial number of a LeBlond engine lathe and get back the model
name of the lathe, its dimensions or size and year built. Company
name and phone number must be demonstrated to work to claim fee.
Find something like a CarFax.com for LeBlond lathes.
The information might be something like:
SN ***-***: LeBlond Servo-shift; built 19**; size 14 x 40 with L-0
spindle nose. The most important part is the size and year
built.
Bridgeport offered this service for their mills before they closed. I
need one for LeBlond.
Valid LeBlond serial numbers include: 11C1553, 15C-223 and possibly
146-446 but i think the latter is more likely 14C-446. Not sure.
