I have found a .pdf document that has detailed instructions for
mounting a sleeve type bearing and one manufacture's complete line of
adapter sleeves with drawings showing basic dimensions. I have done
router sheets for machine shops and I can describe how I would
manufacture an adapter sleeve. Does this sound like what you are
looking for.
