In my opinion it would be Globe Telecom in the Philippines

There should be so many companies having 400,000 cellphone
subscribers. In Pakistan http://mobilinkgsm.com and http://ufone.com
have more than 400,000 cellphone subscriber.

Their is only only company in Pakistan that handled largest volume of
international call but I am not sure that the company is largest in
asia.

Ijaz - I listened to  a discussion of 2 companies in Asia (could be
from Pakistan or another Asian country): one handles the largest
volume of international calls in Asia (9 million/day) -  and the other
company from the same country has almost 400,000 cellphone customers -
and both companies' stock is selling for under $10.  There was some
phone interference and I was unable to reconnect to learn the names of
the companies referred to.
