Could you be a little more specific about what you mean by
"associations to Sanguinetti"?

Are you asking about the surname Sanguinetti? A specific person
named Sanguinetti? Something else?

My family name is Sanguinetti. I know my family comes from a small
villiage outside of Genoa, Italy. I have a friend that travelled there
and saw a lot of signage saying Sanguinetti or Sanguineti. I am
traveling to Italy soon and would love to visit this small town. Do
you know the name of a village that has a lot of business names or
associations with Sanguinetti?

There is a village outside of Chiavari called Sanguineto. I believe
that today it's actually a part of Chiavari. I was there several
years ago--directions on my map are something like under the
autostrada turn left at the church follow the signs to Leivi and look
for sign pointing to Sanguineto. In any case more information about
this village can be found at virtualtourist.com. Look under Liguria
and then under Sanguineto. Be sure to look at gretapet comments and
phhotos at virtual tourist. Gretapet is my daughter and she really
enjoyed her visit. We are doing some genealogy, but we're having
difficulties. It's hard to trace without going to Liguria. There are
lots of Sanguineti/Sanguinetti in Liguria/Genova.
