I live in San Diego, Ca. I'm an employed mother of 2.  How can I go
about renting an apartment with evictions on my record?

If you were evicted for non-payment of rent AND there was a Complaint
filed against you (not just a notice of Eviction) AND that Complaint
is on your credit record, you've got a problem. Otherwise, keep mum.
