I am presently in USA on H1B visa. My employer has laid me off. Can I
form a LLC (Limited Liability Company) and sponsor myself for H1B to
develop a business in USA?
Let us say that the company is set-up. Can I then work on a overseas
project if I get one?
Any tips/ suggestions for making this happen?
