Since you've chosen the category "Relationships and Society > Romance"
for your question, I presume that you're wanting to learn how to speak
to women in a "romantic" fashion, as is done in movies.

Having been a woman all my life, and having experienced dozens of
"romantic" relationships (leading to a 25-year marriage), I have
observed that the most romantic and erotic utterances come not from
movies, nor from rehearsed speeches or "lines," but are
straight-from-the-heart and spontaneous.

Fresh is almost always better than canned.

My understanding is that Rock Stars may talk any way they please, or
not at all. Have you not yet achieved Stardom? Work on that first. If
you have no desire to be a Rock Star, concentrate on mastering your
instrument. The best player always draws the most attractive fans.
Unless you're the drummer, in which case there is little you can do to
boost your status, such as it is.

It all depends on what you are looking. I will make an assumption
that you are simply looking to "pick up chicks" but are looking for
the different angle that they are not used to. At least that is how I
plan to briefly answer this. Women of this ilk, that are looking at
the rock star will not expect something as simple as you noticing
something about their appearance as simple as "That necklace is
beautiful, it fits you very well. Where did you get it?" If said
with sincerity, yes I know that most likely that's bullshit, it is
generally accepted from many women, that you have noticed the great
pains they have taken to look good. This goes with many things like
shoes, hair, and other accessories that don't make you sound too
effiminate. Find a way to put this in your own words and dont' say
something right off the bat like "bitchin bra, it'll look good on my
wall....." Bad way to start, good way to finish.
Cheesy movie line I have used that works...I get caught staring into
their eyes when they are not looking at me. When you get that why are
you staring look, blink, like you are coming out of a trance, then
say,"I'm sorry, I don't mean to stare, but, well, I really like your
eyes." You don't have to go into the liquid pools of smoldering amber
desire, or any crap like that. Leave those lines of velveeta
cheesiness to Leonardo DiCaprio. Best of luck.

When you are speaking pay attention to the words you use, do you use a
lot of likes, you knows and other useless verbage? If you do be
vigilant stop useing them secondly think what you want to say and how
you want to say it before speaking over time this process will occure
more and more rapidly until you are hardly aware. Also you may wish to
adapt an accent, this can be quite hard or quite easy depending on
your social situation. Inorder to pick up an accent you should spend
time with people who have the accent you want. Enough time and most
likely you will pick the accent up.
