I am looking to find the date of sale and former owners of the
Par-Troy Funeral Home, Parsippany New Jersey.  This should have
occurred in Morris County New Jersey between the years on 1978-1986.

Hello Missymae-ga,

I've been searching, and I've gotten pretty close, but haven't quite
hit the nail on the head.

According to some records on file with the state of NJ, I've learned
the following about Par-Troy:

--Originally incorporated in NJ in 1960 by Victor O Cerulli

--Cerulli last filed the Par-Troy annual corporation report with the
state in January 1976 -- presumably this was the final year of
operation of Par-Troy under Cerulli's ownership, but I haven't yet
confirmed this.

--The files indicate a "tax suspension" date of 1/14/1982, though I
haven't yet found out just what this means.

--It's current status is listed as "Void by Proclamation", though
again, I haven't yet learned just what that means.


Does any of this information help?  Are there any items above that you
would particularly like more information about?

I am looking for the date of sale to Ron Dimaggio, purchase price and
if any other corporate partners benefited from the sale.  The
information you have might pertain to Mr. Cerulli's and his ex-wife
deaths in the 80's. I know that Betty and Vic had two sons.  I was
named after his father.
