I have no problem accessing websites using IE6, but suddenly I can't
connect directly to remote computers, such as my company's email
server or an online gaming site. When I try to connect, I eventually
get a message that it cannot connect to the remote computer. Norton
Antivirus, AdAware and Spybot find no problems. What can I do?

Can you list some wesites that you can connect to?

Also, does there seem to similar problems with Browsers other than IE6?

Thank you.

All websites work OK -- NYTimes, Google, ESPN, IMDB, Weather, CNN and
others. I haven't tried (and don't have) any other browsers. Also,
my whole system is running slowly.

The answer was that the hotel broadband connection was for some reason
blocking my connection. As soon as I got home, all was well. Very
strange.

all website using only port 80.
1. Did you have any firewall(hardware or software)? By Default SP2
enabled the firewall feature and if you're not configure it properly
you may not able to do anything beside web surfing. Or try to
disable all firewall(norton, windows build in firewall) and see if
that help?
