In the State of Illinois. For an angiogram in a hospital (right leg)
with a Perclose closure. Should the Perclose closure be noted on the
hospital report of The CARDIAC CATHETERIZATION on that specific day?.
Also, if the Perclose sewing of the femoral artery fails, and the
patient (me) looses 12 + ounces of blood and nurses swarm all over you
to stop the hemorrhaging should this happening be noted on the
hospital report?. My report states that "there were no complications"

Thanks!

Chuck
