What is the best easily portable, self-amplifying, headset for
Macintosh Powerbooks. I want to be able to use Skype on the road, but
all the headsets I've tried so far are inaudible without external
amplification.

Hi johnperrybarlow-ga,
What price range do you have in mind for your new headset?

by the way, just reading a quick review of the 'Future Sonics EARS"
earphones, it sounds like a great product.

You should try the regular iPod head phones. It dosn't matter which
kind. They range from thirty to forty dollars.
