I need to know about interventional cardiology in China.  Specifically
I need to know two things.

1.  How many interventional cardiology procedures were performed in
either 2002 or 2003?  (Stents and angioplasty)

2.  Is there a list of the major insitutions (with the city where
located) that perform interventional cardiology procedures?

CHINA DAILY: APRIL 25 2000  

"China has an estimated 6 million patients suffering from coronary
artery disease (CAD) and there are an estimated 80 centres performing
interventional cardiology.

Between 1986 and 1999, 22,000 PTCA procedures were performed across
China, of which last year alone, 8,000 procedures were performed.

Hi Bobbie7 - 

Boy - I wish that were recent enough.  One source I heard said there
has been a 30 growth in the last two years....and one source said 40%
...which is huge.  I really appreciate the help....but I am afraid
this is just not quite enough.  Any other ideas?
