Hi, i didn't know where to ask this so i decided to ask it here.

i need to convert a DVD quality AVI movie to VCD, i used TMPGenc to do
the converting but when i convert the movie it loses it's quality and
some other things too (the movie becomes fullscreen instead of
widescreen like it was before the conversion and the image looks
streched, or if it's not fullscreen the edge of the movie is cut out).

i want someone to tell me how to convert the AVI movie to VCD or DVD
without changing anything, or if there are other programs better than
TMPGenc.

the movie's resolution is 576x402
