Yes, I know Google does not support wildcard truncation searching,
such as FIND: bet* returns bet, bet, better, etc.  Yes, I know
altavista (and others) used to support such a feature, in fact, i used
altavista not that long ago for that it seems. (Although GOOGLE is NBR
1 of course.) But it doesn't work NOW!  Question: Is there a way to
achieve this great function, eg; a setting in altavista or a trick or
an undocumented feature that will achieve that functionality again (or
even a trick in google or other engine)?
