I want to know, in the United States of America, which individual
states have caps on bonds that need to be placed by a losing party in
a civil case, when appealing the verdict, and what the caps for those
states are (i.e. if they have a cap in plcae).

It would also be helpful, for states with no caps on bods required
when appealing cases, if you could indicate whether legislation is in
progress to implement such caps, and what the target caps of their
legislation is.
