My current provider is offering an upgrade, approximately 16 weeks
before my contract is up. The fine print is this: if they cannot
upgrade, I am stuck with another 12 month contract just like I have
already.
Is this legal? It sounds very iffy to me. If we cannot give you what
you want, we'll give you what you DONT want anyway.
