I have been offered a chap television from italy through my email but
i dont know if the business is a real one.

website etc?  Probably not a legitimate offer, but one never knows.

Don't even think about it! They may even provide the TV brand name and
stuff but it's not worth it.
Moreover, there are many scams coming up from North Africa and the
mediterranean region.

There are so many things potentially wrong about this deal, that it is
way too risky to think about doing.

I agree, don't do it. It's most likely a scam. Developing countries
(not to be offensive or anything) aren't too trustworthy.
