I'm trying to get a list of all of the websites or forums on the web
where users offer tangible goods to eachother for free. One such site
is www.craigslist.org (see the link to "free"), and another is
www.freecycle.org.

I am not interested in the thousands of "frebie sites" that offer
samples or junk, but in sites where users are offering goods to
eachother.

 Deliverables:

I will pay up to $50 for the list of free good sites and the links to
the free goods exchange part of the site provided that...

1) it has at least 8 sites where users have posted over 75 items for
free in the past week

2) it has at least a couple of really good free-stuff exchange sites
in it (other than craigslist and freecycle) where there are at least
250 items posted for free within the past week
