I have two questions regarding UC?s Freshman Admission.

1. One of my student came from Taiwan when she was 10th grader, she
has studied at a US secondary school since 10th grade. Does she need
to take TOEFL? What are the exact requirements for TOEFL?

2. Another student of mine is fluent in Chinese. As far as I know,
he can bypass UC?s 2 year foreign language requirement if he can score
above certain score in SAT-II Chinese. Is this information correct?
And if so, what is the exact score requirement?
