Dee,

Google Answers is not a substitute for going to see a doctor. Your
symptoms could mean anything between common cold (or flu) and serious
cardiac problems. If your stomach aches it could be as bad as
appendicitis, or just that you ate something bad. Only your GP knows
your case history and has the tools to diagnose you. If you feel so
bad that you can't even go to the doctor's, call their office or an
ambulance, don't go to GA.

What could this mean??? It means something is wrong and if you can
find out what it is you can fix it!!! Of course get a physical exam
from a doctor you like and trust.

Don't know how old you are but I would think if you work on it you can
improve things. If you go to a doctor and he can't figure out what is
wrong with you (or offers you drugs that don't help or make you feel
worse)there should be some things you can do. No one can really tell
you what to do. You could start by getting rid of all sugar,
caffeine, alcohol, milk, cheese and bread in your diet. Eat mainly
eggs, real butter, vegetables, beef and turkey. Drink lots of good
water. Check your environment for chemicals...are you breathing bad
air? Any carbon monoxide in your area? That's for starters and
subject to change as you go along....go to http://www.mercola.com/
and start researching.

Here are some good books you could start with

Especially "Wellness Against All Odds" by Dr. Sherry Rogers.

Good Luck
