This includes B2B and B2C web sites as well as internal web based applications such as corporate Intranets. In the following questions, customers refer to people using a web site as well as internal employees. Which market segments have the strongest need for providing a high level customer satisfaction through their web based services? What are the key customer needs being catered for by these online services? What are the key business needs for achieving customer satisfaction in these markets?
