Awhile back I was parked in front of a friends house just long enough
to pick him up. I was unaware that there was no parking his side of
street. Well a women acroos the street backed into my parked car and
now her insurance is claiming that the Accident was 50/50 fault
because I was Illeagally parked. This happen in Seattle WA I have paid
my deductible and my car is fixed but I refuse to take their 50% offer
so it is set for arbitration which my insurance com says it can take
months.  My Question(s) 1. is she not the more at fault one, She
admitted she was not looking. 2. can I take her personally to small
claims court to get my Deductible back?
