I am runing fendora and for the life of me i can't fetch a 14 gig file that is currently on the web. I get file limit exceeded and it stops at 2 gigs. I am wondering what the solution is . | |

Your problem may be related to the file system that you want to store your files onto. If you use ext2 file system, the files cannot be larger than 2GB If you use FAT32 file system, the files cannot be larger than 4GB If you use ufs with default settings, the files cannot be larger than 32GB etc. HTH |
