Not sure how accurate this is coming from an unofficial source, but it
has the majority of the MLB managers contracts.  Some are missing
dollar values and instead just have the duration of the contract.

Here are the salaries for 2000:
1. Joe Torre, Yankees: $3 million; $3 million in 2001
2. Tony La Russa, Cardinals: $1.7 million
3. Bobby Cox, Braves: $1.5 million; $1.5 million in 2001
4. Felipe Alou, Expos: $1.4 million; $1.4 million in 2001
5. Lou Piniella, Mariners: $1.3 million
6. Davey Johnson, Dodgers: $1.275 million
7. Phil Garner, Tigers: $1.2 million
8. Buck Showalter, Diamondbacks: $1.12 million
9. Don Baylor, Cubs: $1 million; $1.2 million in 2001
10. Mike Hargrove, Orioles: $1 million
11. Jimy Williams, Red Sox: $1 million
12. Bobby Valentine, Mets: $1 million
13. Tom Kelly, Twins: $850,000
