Could I get a listing (of at least a handful) of vocational or other
schools that have a complete auto mechanic's program in the United
States (with courses, books, diploma, etc), but completely in Spanish.
 The closer to
Missouri the better!

It doesn't look like anyone is going to answer your question as asked.
I have what I think is a good idea. Would you be interested in schools
where a person could learn english. Then a person could participate in
a regular school where students speak english. There are probably many
mechanic schools that would be suitable then.

I was only able to find one mechanics program in Spanish.

The Auto Service Technology program at Metro Tech is taught in

For "redhoss", your assumption that my request is in search of a
curriculum for a monolingual Spanish speaker seeking workable skills
and not an American-educated professor of Mechanical Engineering who
would enjoy the benefit of his craft in two languages is not
appreciated and is based on a deep-rooted and palpable racial bias.
One can only be as obnoxious as they are competent.  Thank you,
