We are from Canada and are looking to adopt from the US because of the
population size and potential to adopt a child is greater there. 
However, I would like to find out what agency is best to adopt from. 
ie. No state legal restrictions and highest number of placements.  If
anyone has any experience with a solid agency I would be interested.
