IM123 --

Usually these are associated with some major initiative, good examples
being Total Quality Programs (TQC) or Six Sigma. There's a common
goal; some systematic ways of establishing the "system" throughout the
company; and excellent examples of where companies succeed (or even
stall).

An answer could take that direction or look for more "generic" cases
of changing culture. What say you?

Best regards,

we're looking for an actual, practical business model that shows
how a company can change culture within and organization. It's helpful
if the model has aspects of HR and Marketing incorporated in the design.
