I need to get a copy of Castro's speech on 10/26/04, where he declared
the ban on the U.S. dollar.  The speech was made 5 days after his
'trip and fall' blunder on 10/21/04.

Video should be as inclusive as possible; preferably the entire
speech.  It should also be non-translated, with the original audio
track undubbed over.  In this case, an English text translation would
be very helpful as well, but this is not necessary.
Does anyone know of a service that would supply this sort of video?  an
internation C-SPAN of sorts?
BTW, the ban will go in effect November 8th, 2004.
The 40 dollar reward will be paid on my receipt of the video... ask
for a clarification if you find only a portion of this speech on video, or if the
audio is obscured... i.e...I will not pay $40 for a 30 second yahoo news
feed coverage of this... I'm looking for the hard copy here.
This offer expires if I find the video elsewhere in the meantime.  If
