I need to get hold of a copy of the Scottish Arts Council book 'New
Painting in Glasgow, 1940-1946' by Dennis Farr, published in 1968.
I've had no luck using inter-library loan and can't find a copy to
buy. Any ideas?

I?m not sure of the position re: inter library loan (you may have
tried this already), but a copy is in the Bodleian Library under this
reference.

Bodleian BOD OffPapers
O.GB/S.30/1968(1)
Available

Access to the library is detailed here
http://www.lib.ox.ac.uk/libraries/guides/BOD.html

Their web site is here
Click > Using the library
Click >Inter Library Loans
http://www.bodley.ox.ac.uk/

The full record of the book appears here
http://sers006.sers.ox.ac.uk/WebZ/GeacFETCH?sessionid=01-43998-589525198:recno=22:resultset=1:format=F:next=html/geacnffull.html:bad=error/badfetch.html

If this does not work, you can search the database here
http://library.ox.ac.uk/

If you are successful, let me know and I?ll post this as an answer.

Thank you for your help - I am trying to get this book through an
inter-library loan and I know several libraries have a copy but so far
I've had no success with my local library. Thanks anyway.
