We are looking for software for our company that will let us do two
main things in an integrated and online way:

1. Manage individual projects for clients so that the employees within
our organization handling the work, as well as clients, can have an
online forum for communicating about many individual and ongoing projects. Clients
should be able to go online and assign projects/work, check the status of their
work, as well as ask/answer questions posted regarding
projects.

2. Documents uploaded onto our server should be managed through an
advanced document management program for easy search and retrieval at
any time. The volume of documents will be very large and so it would
be better if files stay on our local server rather than being hosted
by an online service itself.

These two main tasks should be integrated into one company online site.
