I need to find a fax machine that is the size of a receipt printer and
take receipt 3 inch paper. Do you know where I can find one or get
them built? I have tried Star Micronics, Canon and Sharp, with no
luck.

Hello Dmas,

Hmm. A compact FAX appears to be difficult to find. If you have a
computer nearby, would you consider using a scanner (and FAX software)
to scan / FAX your receipts? There are a few relatively compact
scanners - primarily for checks that may be adapted for receipts.

Please indicate in a question clarification if this is acceptable or
if you have other constraints on the solution.

Hi Maniac, Thanks for your help, but no, avoiding the need for a
computer is one of the purposes for this fax machine. This will be
used in a space constrained location that cannot use 8.5X11 sheets of
paper, thus the need for a receipt printer form factor. All the
technolgy seems to be there for this kind of device, just no one seems
to be building it.
