I want to know, in the United States of America, which individual
states have caps on bonds that need to be placed by a losing party in
a civil case, when appealing the verdict, and what the caps for those
states are (i.e. if they have a cap in place).
Also, for states with no caps on bonds required when appealing
cases,could you indicate whether legislation is in progress to
implement such caps, and what the target caps of their legislation is.
