I have the lyrics to a song, and want to know the name of the song.
The lyrics go like this:

These are the lyrics, I need the song title and/or artist!!!

Are there any other details you could give that might help, such as
where you saw/heard the lyrics, a chorus if you remember one, etc?

These are not, to my knowledge, the entire lyrics, but this is all
that I have of the lyrics. There is probably a chorus, but I do not
know what it is. The only other piece of information that I have is
that it was recorded prior to 1995. It is not an oldie, though, it's
more of a modern song. It's possible I could email an mp3 of the
snippet that I have if that would help.

Where did the MP3 snippet come from?  Is there anything in the
filename that might help as a clue?

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. What I have is a home video
tape given to me many years ago (pre-1995) by a friend. On this tape
is a series of short clips from western movies, edited to a song
track. The song is a song that is actually 2 songs cut together. One
of the songs is Wild West Hero by E.L.O. The other is this song that I
am trying to find. They sound very, very similar, but the mystery song
is NOT E.L.O. This was a "home edited" tape, so there are no credits,
and the person who gave it to me does not know the name of the song,
because he didn't make the tape, someone else did, and that person is
no longer alive. The reason I said I could provide an mp3 is that I
can rip the song from the videotape and cut out the ELO segment so
that you would have a sample of the song. Another option would be for
me to upload it to my website so that you could watch/listen to it. I
hope this helps to clarify the mystery somewhat.
