Regarding any addiction the first issue is admitting you have a
problem so recovery can begin.

GLBT - addiction is an extended type of addiction due to the cohesive
pattern with lifestyle (in general) and the high incidence of instant
gratification. Whilst this is a clinical view, GLBT addiction, in my
professional opinion, needs an extended understanding because of
possible differing social environments and [especially] the substance
used in assocation with relationship(s).
