By the details of your question, I am sure the company you are looking for is Encana, ECA. The P/E number doesn't match the mailing perfectly with recent price changes, but ECA is the one refered to in "E-Day". It has the Colorado natural gas exposure and the Alberta oil sands business too. FYI: Encana acquired Tom Brown, Inc. (TMBR) of Denver, CO earlier this year.
